I. General Provisions
- The Privacy Policy specifies how Users’ personal data required for the provision of electronic services via the website https://deffor.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is collected, processed, and stored.
- The Website collects only the personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered therein.
- Personal data collected through the Website are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

III. Purpose of collecting personal data
- Personal data is used for the following purposes:
account registration and User identity verification,
enabling login to the Website,
performance of the service and e-services agreement,
communication with the User (livechat, contact form, etc.),
sending the newsletter (after the User consents to receive it),
operating the comment system,
providing social media services,
promoting the Administrator’s offer,
marketing, remarketing, affiliation,
personalizing the Website for Users,
analytical and statistical activities,
debt collection,
establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims.
- Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a contract or use other functionalities of the Website.
IV. Type of Personal Data Processed
The Administrator may process the User’s personal data: name and surname, date of birth, address, email address, telephone number, and Tax Identification Number.
V. Personal Data Processing Period
Users’ personal data will be processed for the following periods:
if the basis for data processing is the performance of a contract – until the statute of limitations for claims following its execution;
if the basis for data processing is consent – until its revocation; and after the revocation of consent, until the statute of limitations for claims.
In both cases, the statute of limitations is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to business operations – 3 years (unless specific provisions provide otherwise).
VI. Sharing Personal Data
Users’ personal data may be transferred to entities affiliated with the Controller, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Controller, e.g., e-payment companies, courier/postal services, and law firms.
Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VII. User Rights
A Website User has the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

The Administrator will comply or refuse to comply with the request immediately – no later than one month from its receipt.
