- sending commercial information for marketing purposes, including providing information about the Company’s products or services (legal basis: the Controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring access to its website, the functionality and optimization of websites, and the security of IT systems, i.e., Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR, subject to your separate consent to select a specific communication channel by checking the appropriate checkbox, in accordance with separate provisions in this regard),
- reporting or refuting legal claims related to the operation of the website and the prevention and investigation of crimes (legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller, i.e. Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR).
IV. To what recipients may we share your personal data?
Recipients of your personal data may include authorized public authorities and entities providing services on behalf of the Controller, based on concluded contracts and in accordance with the Company’s instructions.
V. How long will we process your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed until the legal basis for processing expires, the purpose of processing is achieved, or it expires for another reason. If:
- The basis for processing is the Company’s legitimate interest, personal data will be stored until the legitimate interest of the controller is fulfilled or you object to the processing of your personal data.

- Data deletion – if your personal data is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, or you object to the processing of your data, and at the same time, we have no overriding legitimate interests, or if you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to request its deletion, in whole or in part. However, this right does not apply to data to the extent that it is necessary to pursue, establish, or defend our claims, or to comply with our legal obligations to process or store it under applicable law;
- Restriction of data processing – if you believe we have incorrect data about you, or if we are processing it without justification, or if you do not want us to delete it because you need it to establish, pursue, or defend legal claims, as well as in the period before you object to data processing – you have the right to request that we limit data processing solely to storing it or performing other activities agreed with you. Despite exercising the right indicated above, we may process your data in the event of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims;
- Objection to personal data processing – for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object at any time to our processing of your personal data if we process it based on our legitimate interest. After filing an objection, we will no longer be able to process your personal data based on the above-mentioned grounds for processing, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for data processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or grounds for establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims;
- File a complaint with a supervisory authority – If you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, based in Warsaw.
If you exercise the rights indicated above, please send your request by email to biuro@deffeor.pl or by post to the address indicated in point I. Please note that the rights indicated above are not absolute and will not apply in every case of our processing of your personal data.
We also inform you that before exercising the above rights, we are required to verify the person submitting the request as the entity to whom the personal data covered by the request relates.

Providing data in the contact form is voluntary, although necessary for submitting an inquiry and for the Company to respond to the inquiry, or for submitting an application via the form provided on the website.
